Her aim is to help companies resolve all employment issues efficiently so they can focus on running the business.

Victoria has over 12 years’ experience as an employment lawyer at leading UK and US law firms.  She has been recognised in the AI Legal Awards, Women in Law Awards and Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers Awards and contributes to various publications including The Times, Financial Times, City A.M., Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) Briefing and HR Magazine.
